Sorry Elaine, according to National Geographic, Buffalo are intentionally
culled AT RANDOM, so that the gene pool is left diverse; a big problem when
dealing with a species that was hunted down to only a few hundred remaining
members by 1900. Killing the slowest weakest animals would lead to
stagnation. Therefore I recommend shots followed by beer chasers for
variety.
